Then there's the compliments from the ladies... Went from 3XL to L and size 44 to 34 waist jeans. I used to wake up in pain. Now I wake up ready to kick ASS! That said, I used to sit in my chair watching "Biggest Loser" eating an entire bag of chips, and knock out a 2 liter of Coke a day. So if I can do it, anyone can. |
