Hopefully a hot steamy shower will help revitalize me. I have things I'd like to get done. Pain or no pain I usually push through it. I keep forgetting to appreciate the days I feel good. They seem almost normal till I have few days like today. Then I know for certain ...... I'm not 30 anymore. |
