Subject: Sunday Chat 05.15.11 by Matatk on 2011/5/15 11:34:44 Good Morning CGs! Wet and cold....not a dog's nose, but the weather outside. High of 48 expected today...ugh. What happened to the nice weather? Pulled the forms off the concrete yesterday and still looks pretty good. Not quite as deep as I thought. I thought we poured closer to 6", it's in the 4-5" range (by eye, I should measure it). I dug it out pretty well but there is a yard of crushed stone underneath packed with a gas powered tamper. Also has wire mesh, so I'm not worried about it going anywhere... We have a communion party to go to this afternoon. It's Polish, so it will be like a mini-wedding for the little girl. She was the flower girl in our wedding, so it amazes me a little how fast she's grown up and how fast time flies. Wow. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
