It's been 9 days now so it's not so painful, the problem now becomes staying off of it so it heals properly. Supposed to go to Mid-Ohio tomorrow but the Dr. advised against it... Don, it's crazy how things go by so quickly when you're busy. I seem to have missed 2011 and it's almost halfway over. Sadly that's one thing that this stupid foot did for me was make me NOT work on the kitchen or the car(s) or whatever. I even took a day off work last Monday. However, now I'm tired of sitting on my arse so I'm back to work... Stained some floor trim yesterday, after all the painting I've done lately with water based products it seems like such a PITA to use an oil based product. Luckily I had some paint thinner from years ago in the garage or I'd have had a helluva time cleaning up. It took 4 hours to stain two pieces of wood, and I still have to put clear coat on them today. But it's coming together and it looks amazing. Very pleased with myself these days  |
