I'd have to take a nice snooze after that one though and I already took an hour nap at 12:30. Did that lunch come with a warning? The Surgeon General has found that red meat in excess of 4 oz occasional servings may be hazardous to your health. Gravy contains high concentrations of sodium and sauces on vegetables often overide the nutritional value of the chosen side order. You should have had the hummus. |
