Subject: Thursday Chat 06.30.11 by Matatk on 2011/6/30 11:38:16 Good Morning CGs! Well it's official, the year is half over....geeze, already??? I got in a decent run last night. Six miles at an ok pace, then another four miles on the bike to cool down. But I didn't get going until 6:30 and home until 7:45 so then I was wide awake and couldn't go to sleep. Finally a little after 11:00 before I hit the sack. Supposed to be hot today and even hotter tomorrow. Upper 80s today and mid 90s tomorrow. Luckily the pool water is nice to cool off in  Need to order some junk off the internet for the car and whatnot when I get a chance. Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
