I have just been told by email that a bank has accepted my offer and signed the contract on a 4 bedroom 2 bath 2400+ sq. ft house with a 2 car garage on 1.2 acres near the nursery. Closing to be scheduled before 8/15. I won't celebrate till the deed is in my hand but this certainly is a step in the right direction. It's a property that needs work but for the price we paid it should be well worth it. Looks like I'll be in for one hell of a workout. Whoo Hoo! |
