Previously sold for 485K 5 years ago. We picked it up for 170K after expenses. Just about 1/3 of the high market price. The issue is finding the "average deals". Lots of places for sale. Very few I care to live in. The real steals are in the high market. Huge homes selling at deep discounts. I just don't care to pay the higher taxes and utilities that come with the big properties. Who knows ... after August 2nd could be nobody will be able to afford nothin. |
