It could lift a Corvette body without breaking a sweat. The heaviest thing I have 'hoisted' with it is the front of a full size 1978 Dodge Ramcharger. I hooked it to a jig on the front of the frame and lifted it up, 440 big block and all, so I could work on the front suspension without jacks / stands.

Oh, Matt, since you mention over sized offset box wrenches...my set only goes to 1.5", so you got me beat there.
