That sounds like more fun!!I didn't understand the whole Oktober fest thing in September either but I just re-read the advertisement and it called "Harvestfest"!! OK, I get it... well, not really. It was called Bayfest for years but apparently they want to change it up a bit.!! In any case its still a street party!
