Subject: Tuesday Chat - 11.1.11 by screamin_conure on 2011/11/1 13:07:34 Hey, look at me! I started my first daily chat! Wooo wooo!  Okay, enough. Working from home today, as I have an appointment this afternoon with the radiology oncologist. It's a consultation before radiation treatment begins. Saw my regular oncologist last Friday, and despite the fact that the only place they actually found cancer was on the bump on my forehead (diagnosed as primary cutaneous follicular lymphoma), he's still convinced I have it in my neck lymph nodes. No point doing a biopsy there now, since we now know exactly what kind of cancer it is and we know that it's very slow growing and may never need any chemotherapy. Especially if I continue to show no symptoms and have no issues. Not too worried about it right now actually. Just thankful that all is as well as it is. Onward and upward. Cold and clear here in northwest Indiana this morning. Nice start to November. Have a great day all! Ron |
