It's easy to get caught up in the daily grind and forget. Develop an attitude of gratitude. We are all very fotunate to have what we have no matter how great or small. I may make a contibution to the local American Indian tribe later today but I'm actually hoping to withraw some of the assets I have left behind through the years. Going to the casino/resort for Thanksgiving dinner. The family enjoys doing that. Get a big table set up, eat whatever we want including desserts, chat, and later, just get up and leave. No prep, no clean up, just eat and talk. Cost about $22 a head. Well worth the convenience. Enjoy your day, and remember, no matter how bad you think your life is, somebody has it worse. In most cases .... much worse. |
