Set aside. In another bowl, combine bananas and sugar. Add egg and butter and blend. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until moistened. Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 55 to 60 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cool before slicing. Freezes well. |
