We have plenty of left lane hogs here - this morning I was behind a van in the left lane going 5-10 under the speed limit with his flashers on. And I was behind a mini-van on the entrance ramp - the driver had the vanity mirror light on, and managed to get up to about 45mph by the time they hit the freeway (70mph limit).
