They must have caught me in a good mood because I don't like to lend stuff out for obviouis reasons. Insurance inspections start at 11:00. 3 houses 3 hours. One at 11, 12 than 1. Still debating on getting windstorm insurance. That's always a crapshoot. Sometimes you need it sometimes you don't. Last hurricanes that did any damage were in 2005. Mostly roof damage on those. Then before that the big one in 1992 that wiped us out. I'm mainly interested in Fire and Casualty with liabily policy. Haven't filed a claim on those type policies ever. One slip and fall could end it all though. No sense in losing a house over it. Alrighty then. On with the show .......... |
