Similar to our pricing when we bought. Met the wife today. Husband is working. He's a Coast Guardsman and she's a teacher. We have a pretty nice community here. Most of us have pets, fruit trees, boats and stuff. A friendly lot. Not too friendly, just the right amount of friendly. We do have get togethers and we all watch out for each other. If anyone needs a hand everyone is willing to help their neighbor. One gives us homemade cookies, cupcakes, ice cream and other creations. I like it here. My wife likes it here. She's just not too happy about being in debt again. Oh well! Everything comes at a price (and lots of hard work). |
