I am going to be 51 and things get harder(thank God ) with age , even though I feel 31 ! I am 5' 7" @ 205pds./ Weight doesnt matter to me, It's how my clothe fit, Never wanna go to bigger clothe ! Been called "A little Bull" ... Anyhow, I have the advantage of having a big boned body, with less area to work, so that makes it easier, I have the mass to work with, besides I am a south paw, ya, I know no relevance !I am looking for the "Illusion" look ! I have heard that confusing the muscles are a plus by different exersizes, that true? Also should do bout 200 sit ups a day for waist @ a 38", Gotta get to a 34" somehow I dont understand how many reps u do in each set ?? |
