I like to start my morning with a cup of coffee followed by a trip to the reading room. I have magazines stacked beside the thrown. I glance over an article or two if I remembered to bring my glasses, or look at pictures if I forgot them. What inevidably happens is I sit reading longer than planned, resulting in muscle groups having the blood flow reduced. This is also known as apendages falling asleep. By the time I usually realize it, the area is already numbing or numb. Funny ....... You would think I would learn not to sit for so long. But alas...... Reading is fundmental.
