The hardest thing to find out here is good hired men who are willing to work the long hours that it takes to get the job done. The tech to run the new planters and GPS tractors is high so you can't just drag anybody off the street. Still it takes less people to grow more crops...so tech is paying off. A good hired hand will make 50 to 60K and sometimes have a nice house provided to live in. Ok, gonna be hot today then crummy for the weekend. Nice. Gotta go...... |
