Yes, Tommy, red mulch (or perhaps the free stuff from the local tree cutting services). I read your link about toxic wood and that applies to recycled pallets from 10 years ago, so we aren't worried. Nowadays the red mulch is dyed with non-toxic stuff that doesn't leach. And we like the look.
