What's odd with the human mind is whatever you're going through now seems to take an eternity. In the future it will not seem as burdensome. Look to the future. At this time, it's all about baby steps. Steady progress a little at a time. No pain, no gain. Fight through the pain to a brighter future. You can do it Tom. You're a manly man doing manly things. Believe that the harder you work now the better your recovery and regaining your range of motion.
