I have some things to do like hang an 80 lb mirror for Uwoman. then we have to mow the 40 acres of lawn we got.....ok its only about 1 acre but it seems like 40.....after that we stay out of the heat. Had some great numbers on my blood test yesterday. My HDL and LDL ratio was as good as it ever has been and the doc wanted to know what I have been doing different and I told him lots of oatmeal and coconut oil. He gave me the look and I said hey whatever works..... Have some fun Guru's.....it's the weekend. |
