I thought Arkansas was the only place that happened. Couple years ago in March I was sunbathing out back on the deck and by the end of the week we had 6" of snow. And yes it will rain here and the other side of the street will be dry.
We have a saying if you don't like the weather, stay a minute it'll change...you can see all four seasons in a week here
