Subject: Re: HCF chat and shout 01-11-13 by Matatk on 2013/1/11 19:58:50 Well, as much as Bill pooh-poohed my choice to use Quicken Loans for my refinance, I have been extremely pleased with the process so far. Just got off the phone with them. The closing is scheduled for next week, in my dining room at 6 pm. Out of all of my refi's I've never had it be so convenient. All I need is to be present and have a check for my tax escrow account. Closing costs were under what I wanted to pay, and the interest rate is better than I could have expected. Whole process is going to have been completed in under 2 weeks. I am thoroughly impressed and I would recommend them to anyone. |
