I really don't know how I could help anyone here as my forte was in police work. I'm not too competent with the mechanical aspect, so I wouldn't be any good to you if you were stranded, but I would come and get you. I live about an hour south of Tampa, so if you're ever near my neck of the woods and need a ride, just holler. Or, if you have any police-related questions, I'd be more than happy to answer them. I was a policeman in AZ, so I could only give expertise based on that state, but for the most part, all states have close to the same laws.
