Attempting a recovery from an extended bout of fatigue. Weather is not helping. Going into week 2 of overcast skies and rainy weather. The mosquitoes seemed to have liked the rain and puddles that it brought. Looks like it will be a brutal year for the hosts of the little blood suckers.
My wife went by the county zoning office yesterday to argue our case for a partial agricultural exepmtion only to find it had already been approved .26 acre for last year and they expanded it to .35 acre for this year. Shooting for .5 acre for next year. Anything to bring down the property tax.
And lastly. We were watching the news yesterday to find that a man involved in a traffic snarling motorcycle accident is a firefighter and a regular customer of ours. Apparently his bike tangled with a pick up truck. At first his injuries were life threatening, upgraded to hopeful. Last report they said they think he will survive but his multiple injuries are going to require a very long recovery. I hate when that happens. I've known many that didn't survive. Bikes and congested areas don't mix well. That's why I stayed in a cage .............
