I'll bet they either didn't pay attention, didn't understand why anyone would wave let alone smile or make eye contact, or your "creeping them out". Try the same thing in a small town and they will smile or wave back. Most of the time. But if your bald or grey they're just creeped out  Yep WW2 vets are almost gone. But a whole new group of vets are back filling the ranks. Slowly but its happening again. You really need to get out of LA.... |
