LOL. A couple of years ago after partially recovering from the free fall of the stock market and because of my age, I moved all my shares of an S&P indexed fund to safety. It was when the Dow got back to 12,000 from the lows of less than 8,000. You see, I looked for indicators of a recovering economy and found few. Next thing you know, everything takes off like gangbusters. I'll never understand investment. The Bear and Bull markets defy logic. The good thing is I got a healthy return on my original investment. Had I stayed put I'd have doubled my original investment. Had I bailed at the low I would have broke even and possibly lost money. When I see where the markets are now, I'd like to have a little whine with my cheese. Be that as it may, I don't know how the hell it got there. I developed a very special skill before I started investing. I was able to pick a stock, watch it rise to impressive levels, then crash and burn before my very eyes. I was adept at picking long term losers. That's why later I let the S&P 500 companies run with my investment dollars. Averaging, for me, was the way to go. And I still screwed it up.

LAS VEGAS IS MUCH SUPERIOR TO THE STOCK MARKET. THERE GOOD LOOKING WOMEN BRING YOU WHISKEY TO DRINK WHILE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY.
