My wife has been hinting lately that maybe it's time I got a newer vehicle. I drive a 99 Yukon as my dd. The paint and dash are showing their age. The cheap plastic that GM used has met it's match in the warm Florida sun and is cracked in several places. The paint on the hood roof and sides from the windows up is toast. So far I have resisted an upgrade. This SUV is as reliable as Old Faithful. Batteries and tires along with the occasional fluid/filter changes is all it requires. It's just so reliable that I don't want to get rid of it. I use it as a work truck but is also called upon for picking people up from the airport and stuff like that. Can't do that in the sports cars. No passenger room or convenient luggage storage. It would have to be another full size SUV for shopping, transport, etc. I'm seriously thinking of just getting a dash pad and doing the $50 Rustoleum with roller paint job. The trucks only worth a couple of grand and I don't want to spend a couple of grand making it pretty. Really ..... it's just the patina.

Hey Tommy, just put one of them new-fangled vinyl wraps on it. Maybe even add some advertising for the business to it.
