Still trying to get my appetite back up to 5000 cals, I only managed 3500 yesterday. Now the wife has been sick for the past two days with the same flu I had. She went to the doctor today and got some antibiotics to help with hers. It is a real butt kicker. Kids are in school now and I have to pick them up and shuttle them quickly for swim lessons afterwards. Then it's back home and BIL and I are going to install the new cabinet/seat he built for the mudroom. We had to cut it a bit so we will have to reglue and trim it out to make it look nice.
