Subject: Re: Wednesday 28 January 2015 by TommyT-Bone on 2015/1/28 13:00:43 I remember as a youngster (that phrase is a prerequisite for an old fart to start the reflection of an old memory) we would go to IHOP (a special treat) and order blueberry pancakes. Thought I had died an gone to heaven. Guess we were easily pleased back in the olden days. Especially with the different choices of syrup. It was special treat to go out to eat or for someone to bring home a dozen donuts. Nowadays I don't believe it carries any special feelings. Alas, the nation is spoiled. |
