We had one for awhile when my son was still a boy. I have a lot of room in a large side lot and we had a blast sliding that thing around. 35 MPH in a kart feels like 120 in a car! Shift karts, as I think they're called and you mentioned are a high level of kart racing. Many great racers got their start in karts and it's more common today than ever. Ricky Rudd, now retired Nascar driver comes to mind. He was a as tough as nails son of a bitch.. |
