The LT4 was a one year option only (1996). In '96 all auto trans vettes were LT1, while all 6 speed manuals were LT4. The LT4 models are a bit harder to find due to a limited production. Before I sold my 95 I bought an LT4 and mated it to the auto trans in the 95 with no problem at all. ps-the LT4 was also available in the 97 TransAm. |
