I spent a day walking Disney and Downtown Disney that night with very little pain in the ass.....or legs.... I just need to use the technique every morning or before bed.....I am beginning to be a believer though.....I just need some big Swedish woman with pig tails who can work me over with the trigger Point techniques.......Ya..let me loosen you uup....crunch, slap, whack........Aaaaahhhhhh...no Brun Hilda nooooooo..... |
