The new Supt came in at 9am and wanted to talk to me about the situation, making sure that it was MY decision, not someone else leveraging me. Went in and talked to my principal and he asked the same thing. Our "new" co-supt is the one who is trying to leverage me out, but the new Supt and principal have been dragging their feet in the ordeal. But I'm ready. I did tell them that I would be around to help the new guy and help him settle in. He's told me that I would be welcome anytime to come in. The thing I'll miss the most is the new CNC router, so I requested access to it from the new Supt, which he has granted. |
