Next thing you know you're a 59 y/o man, (soon to be 60), working on the cars, the house, the garden, the pond, the yard and helping friends and family members when they call for help. Your kids are still looking to you for guidance and assistance and your wife continues to fill your ears with words though now you're hearing impaired and only hear every other word. One bonus is you get to wear shirts like the one below.  Unless you're BillH. Then you forgo the landscaping. Work on cars, go to the casino, go to the track, go to the studio, go help a friend, let the birds fill your hearing aid with chatter and turn on the swamp cooler. He still gets to wear the shirt. |
