Getting ready for a workout and they are at the library with the wife. Went back to the new back cracker today for my follow up and discussion about the xrays. Looking at my spine it is really messed up...lol. He showed me some stuff the previous doctor didn't. He thinks I herniated a disk a few years ago when I initially hurt my back. Makes sense. He said there's nothing we can do now about it other than treat the whole back to get it in better health. I agree. I like this doctor more than my last one. Their office incorporates newer technology, rehab, adjustment, and soft tissue care as well. I got another 15 minutes on the hydromassage bed along with my adjustment. Another nice perk is this office is 5 minutes away (not 30 minutes) and he's only charging me $25 a visit instead of $45. No complaints there. Recovery mojo for Brian.
