I will do some research but the shocks were designed to last the life of the car......I do know that the oil film does not always mean the shock has failed. If the oil film when wiped off will attract to a strong magnet then the magnetic material inside the shock is getting out and that is a fail.......

On my 10 GS the F55 option was not available which is strange to me as they offered them on the base models. I hear when working correctly they really smooth out the ride when in tour mode.......My car will let you know when you go over an expansion joint......
