Subject: RE:Have you seen this one yet? by biggrizzly on 2008/1/29 0:16:55 This guy is way beyond ASSHOLE and negligent etc. etc. This is actually criminal, and if this Business Owner is not pursued and punished for his criminal negligence its a Freekin' shame. He knew damn well that NOBODY should have been driving that car. PERIOD... If I was the owner, I would not even try to negotiate with the shop owner. I don't care what a nice guy he is and what is reputation was. End of story, Close shop!  I would be in touch with a good attorney in the morning and have my Insurance company to come down and total the car. Then buy it back and try to salvage the HiPo stuff for resale or reuse. Just no excuse for this. This is why Crucifixion or public leaching should still be legal. I'm sick of this kind of crap that goes on. Nobody gives a crap about anyone except themselves.  |
