Cool car if it is really made of wood....

A couple pictures from projects Idid.

Remember the mantle I built? here it is all finished up...ignore the tools and stuff, it has become a storage spot for all the workers.

Here's more from that 'She-Shed" I'm helping with.

First two posts set temporarily

Beams were 'half-lapped' on the ends to extend them out to 36'

The posts and beams are joined together with mortise and tenon joints.

Some of my little tools that I used for creating those 'mortise and tenon' joints. The little chisel is 1 1/4" wide. the big one is 3" and sharp as a razor. The tenon (the male part) is 1 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 6". Just to give you some scale.

The posts and beam are all together and standing up and the rafters are installed.
