There's some folks I'd drop off at the nearest cow pasture.. Two of them being the crackhead idiots that did some "work" on this '89 Vette we have at the shop. Kept having oil pressure issues. My BF finally went up there last night and tore into the bottom end. The kids told us "it ran very hot" and that worried us. And yes, indeedie, the crackheads took the car joyriding (against the then-owner's knowledge) and ruined an otherwise good ZZ4 engine. Bearings are shot and crank needs turned (if it can be). Between that issue and a Mustang with a rod thrown, his racing this year is over I'm afraid. Told him he could take mine but he is afraid to. Had a break in at the cousin's house (nursing home one) today and had that mess to deal with. I'll be so glad when I can get rid of that place. house shopping continues - what a PITA.... Mid week and on the downhill slide - keep your hopes up ya'll the weekend really is around the corner. |
