Good morning, all.

It was 14 degrees when I woke up this morning—quite cold for us in the Philadelphia area. Our snazzy Carrier Infinity variable-speed heat pump is making the distinctive low-pitched whine that we hear when it gets really cold.

The New York Times has an interesting article today on the original Chrysler Corporation minivans from 1984, including a photograph of a 1974 (!) prototype. Truly a vehicle that changed the world.
