I started taking probiotics a few years ago, and my stomach is waaaaaaaaaay better. Also, heartburn can be caused by not having enough acid in your stomach - your stomach goes into overdrive to produce it. A little vinegar can help if that is the case. Of course, no doctor will prescribe vinegar, since there is no money in it. |
