worked most the day putting up the shiplap wall in our bedroom. lots of work but I think it looks good.

Had 1/4 inch underlayment ripped to 8" strips at Home Depot. 5 4X8 sheets. which cost like 67 bucks..... I then put them up after marking all the stud locations using an 1 1/2 finish nail. We used nickels to get the spacing between the boards uniform. we used random lengths so the seams were different as we came down the wall. I started at the top and went down. used the level on the first couple of lines but not after that. It was a two man job with the longer 8' boards and keeping the nickels in place.

The wife closed in all the nail holes and has started to paint. i will show the finished wall when we get it done.
