The awning has morphed from a simple; four legs and simple roof, that I was going to use a tarp for cover, to a more permanent style, corrugated panel roof. Making that change forced a change to the roof structure, so that is was capable of handling loads it might encounter. Doing so also doubled the cost of the project...well actually more than doubled. Additional framing and more cost on the roofing material. No work tomorrow, we are headed to north central Kansas for a wedding. Sounds like everybody here has had a productive day. |
