He told her it would kill her soon, as with diabetes and HD, it increases your chance of death by 50%. Four days before she died, she cried to him and told him "i've quit"... I had to see her face when he told her "i'm sorry, it's too late now". she did not qualify for surgery. Yes, please quit. I know the stories of some that say "i've smoked for xx years and I'm fine"> everyone's body handles it differently but it's still a carcinogen with 900+ bad substances known that cause many other issues. I could go on for days - nevermind the tip of that thing is bagillion degrees centigrade, imagine what that does to your lung tissue. |
