Sue has asked repeatedly if the new owner wanted to sell it. She was repeatedly told: "No, the owner wants to keep it and maybe build a house on it.". She got a call that the owner might be interested in selling it. Sue made an offer. Looking for a contract now in my emails that will forward right out to our real estate attorney for screening. Our attorney can process the whole deal from start to finish. Let's see how everything unfolds. Anyway, after I had the thought the other day I said to myself "If it's meant to be, it will be." as I often say to myself when I want something. It doesn't mean I always get it. Some things just aren't meant to be. |
