I forget where I saw it but was a report of how many millions were without power in Tommy's area. I figure cell towers, you name it aren't working, no way to charge devices, etc. Hope he is able to check in soon. There's some thing on FB where people are finding a way to check themselves in as 'safe' so others can see that they're okay. Some of my friends have found that and marked themselves safe.
Weather has been really nice here but rain due tomorrow and lower temps. Geez, was just in the pool yesterday. Hoping to be in it again this weekend. Actually was hoping to run off to the lake or somewhere by myself. Tried to have a minute alone this past weekend and couldn't. Had a 3-hour block of time at the spa courtesy of a gift certificate and wouldn't you know right in the middle of it someone was blowing up my phone. Came home from nursing home yesterday and tried to sit outside and of course BF had crap he wanted me to help him to right then like it could not freaking wait. Was 3pm before I could rest and do what I wanted to do. Moving furniture was not on my list. *sigh* just one day, just one....
