Good evening all, hope everyone had a good day. Was beautiful here. body shop friend is headed to MO tomorrow to seal the deal on a rent house up there in the hills and won't be back until Sunday so I'm off tomorrow. I plan to sleep and just relax out back in the lounger. Phone will be on mute. I'll look at it when I want to. I have a side job I'm at the end of so I'll check in on that and see if it's ready to up load but other than that, I'm chilling. Not near as bad as Tee with his 39 degree temps, however. Good news at the physical therapist, today was my 4th visit and I got to ride a stationary bike, do some new exercises and was told starting tomorrow I can begin walking with a walker and using pressure on my operative hip and leg "as tolerated". By Monday/Tuesday I can walk unassisted or with use of a cane or whatever I feel comfortable with and to use caution. I have another visit Monday at 8am. I was taught the proper way to use a walker and a cane. I can't freakin wait. Still not allowed to drive till 30th, when my return visit with the surgeon is, tho. For long distances, I'm still to probably use the chair or crutches, etc. and no carrying of heavy things, still no bending more than 90-degrees for a month. Some activities will require permanent adjustments such as the mountainclimbers we do in the gym, and other things that require your knees being up to your ears.
