I noticed when I got it home that the bumper body gaps were way off and the fender was not flush with the tail light. Shouldn't be that way, especially from a "friend" and after $4500. Took it by a second body shop today for a second opinion from another guy I know. He said all of the work was good but they didn't replace the taillight bucket, they just straightened it with a hammer. He said that's the problem. He said maybe it can be pushed out without damage, maybe not. So I took it back to the original shop to ask him. He came out to see the car and the look on his face said to me he knew it was that way when he sent the car out the door. Now I'm supposed to drop it off on Monday and leave it with him. No rental car. Not happy. Hope everyone had a great day! |
